No phone Noisy neighbors Poor Tv
spa and hot water after ski
there was a smell in the room. checking in/out was not convinient.
Easy to find
Staff could not find both rooms I had booked; No effort to understand what i said (I had to write down names for them to get it). Rooms were big but tired deco. Very expensive for what it is. Just a motel.
it had somewhere for you to sit and enjoy the outdoors and the sunshine
in the room they advertised a microwave for use but when we asked for one they couldn't find one? uh........so was a bit disatisfied with that but there was one available in the reception area to use........
We liked the warm sun and clear air which we not have to often in the city. We enjoy the view of the mountains and the smell of fresh air when walking on the trails.
We would like to see a restaurant in the lodge. Breakfast only would be fine.
Old and old and old.they dont worth the price they charged
Glad I didn't spend more than one night there. Wasn't worth $200. Staff was friendly enough but they were still cleaning our room at 4pm. We had to wait in the hall for 10 minutes while they finished.
The worst hotel room we have stayed in for quite some time especially for 176.00 / night. No air conditioning so had to leave the window open to keep it cool but facing the railway meant every train (I am guessing 20 – 30) going through during the night kept us awake. The area right outside our window was the preferred smoking area ... no privacy & smoke in our room with window open. TV was poor quality, remote control didn't work well Definitely won’t be staying there ever again much less recommending to any one. Asked to have a room away from the train tracks but were told that all rooms were booked which I doubt very much as parking lot did not have many vehicles.
Easy to find, clean, check in and check out was quick with no surprises.
mini fridge would have been handy
Good location in Lake Louise; close to small shopping mall to pick up necessities.
No breakfast available and only one location open nearby for early (7am) breakfast. More might be available during peak summer months.
I found the bed uncomfortable. Also the computer system seemed to be giving the staff some problems. They were also having staffing problems as our room was not ready at 4pm.
They should offer a continental breakfast. There were places aroun the hotel, but nice just to have something in the hotel.
The doorway into th room had a very high threshold that was difficult to get our bags over plus it could be a tripping hazard.
This a motel that provides many amenities with refrigerator, etc.. Friendly staff and fair rates for the location.
This is a motel with the access walks passing the windows so you have to close your blinds for privacy. The location is along the highway but noise was not a problem. The "town" of Lake Louise is just a strip center oriented to the RV group. The only place to consider eating is the good bakery but with a long line even in mid September. There is an Inn down the road closer to The lake that you may want to investigate but probably for more money.
