My stay at Mountaineer Lodge was delightful! The location proved perfect for exploring Moraine Lake, and our modern room offered a cozy fireplace. Minor noise from air conditioning disturbed our rest slightly, but the overall experience and service made it worthwhile.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room at Mountaineer Lodge. The location was perfect for exploring Moraine Lake, just a short drive away. The property felt clean and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the fireplace in the room. it added a cozy touch. The staff, especially Catherine at check-in, offered amazing service and even upgraded my room at no extra charge. I found the breakfast decent, providing a good start to the day. However, the bathroom sink had plumbing issues when I arrived and took time to fix. The hot tub was lukewarm, and the steam room wasn’t operational during my visit. I would have appreciated having soap in the shared shower facility. The overall experience was good, but the amenities could use some attention.

It was just a perfect match for a date night in Lake Louise with great value. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and large. Try to grab a room that’s not near the water pipes to avoid noise.

The king room featured modern amenities, including USB plugs and a boot heater, which were great after a day of hiking. A highlight was the hot tub—perfect for unwinding. However, water pipe noise disrupted our sleep at night, and the location, while convenient, was marred by a busy road nearby.

The King Room was well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, providing great convenience. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting promptly with a minor shower issue. However, the high price left me feeling it didn't quite meet expectations, especially compared to other more affordable stays. Breakfast was decent, with a good mix of hot and cold options, but the overall value didn't feel justified.
