My stay at Mountaineer Lodge was good! The location proved perfect for exploring Moraine Lake, and our modern room offered a cozy fireplace. Minor noise from air conditioning disturbed our rest slightly, but the overall experience and service made it worthwhile.

It was just a perfect match for a date night in Lake Louise with great value. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and large. Try to grab a room that’s not near the water pipes to avoid noise.

I enjoyed my stay in the King Room at Mountaineer Lodge. The location was perfect for exploring Moraine Lake, just a short drive away. The property felt clean and modern, which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the fireplace in the room. it added a cozy touch. The staff, especially Catherine at check-in, offered amazing service and even upgraded my room at no extra charge. I found the breakfast decent, providing a good start to the day. However, the bathroom sink had plumbing issues when I arrived and took time to fix. The hot tub was lukewarm, and the steam room wasn’t operational during my visit. I would have appreciated having soap in the shared shower facility. The overall experience was good, but the amenities could use some attention.

I truly enjoyed the beautiful decor of the Mountaineer Lodge, especially the hand-painted murals in the breakfast room. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable seating areas made it very easy for me to relax and socialize with fellow guests.

Accessibility could be improved for seniors with mobility issues.

I had a wonderful time enjoying the comfortable beds and relaxing in the hot tub every evening. The breakfast spread was really good, and I loved taking advantage of the serene jacuzzi to unwind. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin so you could hear some noise, but it didn’t dampen my stay! 😌
